-Toxic -Service provision -Very understaffed -CT1 carrying reg bleep with no support -Too many nights and calls. -If you make a mistake, you'll not be supported but reported to managers/ GMC -no time to go to clinics/ develop arcp - you end up frustrated, wanting to quit IMT. - Worse place I have ever worked!
